Anika
chose to have a butterfly themed Mother/Daughter tea party for
her birthday. These are the butterfly cupcakes I created
for her.
Anika
wanted to have a few princess touches to her party. Thanks
to my cousin, Krystal, she had this great wall mural. Here
is our little princess getting ready for the party. 
Anika
was very excited to wear her "beautiful princess dress" for the
party. She asked all the little girls to come in their
favorite party dresses. 
Anika's
dress came with a matching doll dress. She didn't have any
dolls that could wear it until she opened this gift from Conlin
this morning. She loved that the doll had a matching dress
and matching hair. 
Before
heading out with Daddy, Conlin let me get a quick picture of him
with his big sister.
Here are
5 of the little princesses we had at our house for the party
(there was one more, but she didn't feel like being in the
picture). 
As our
activity at the party, the girls all painted a tea set.
They were all very colorful and unique!
Anika
was excited to blow out the candles on her cupcake. She
told me that she had so much fun at the party and that it was
just what she wanted. It was a great morning with friends!
